Oracle Service Logistics Cloud Principal Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess with in-depth expertise in

Oracle Fusion Service

and

Oracle Service Logistics Cloud , complemented by a broad understanding of

Oracle Order Management Cloud, Oracle Inventory Cloud, and Oracle Maintenance Cloud.

This role involves leading functional design, implementation, and rollout of Oracle Cloud applications to meet diverse client business needs. This role will conduct functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions to ensure smooth operations of Oracle Cloud applications. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Oracle Order Management Cloud, Oracle Inventory Cloud and Oracle Maintenance Cloud Proficiency in Oracle Cloud application configuration, customization, and implementation. Strong understanding of business processes related to

Customer Service, Service Entitlements/Coverages, and Depot Repair Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Oracle Fusion Service, Oracle Order Management Cloud, Oracle Inventory Cloud, Oracle Maintenance Cloud would be a big plus Knowledge on Oracle Subscription Management Cloud is a plus Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
