Executive Director

is responsible for the overall success, fiscal stability, and regulatory compliance of the community. This role involves maintaining high service standards, meeting or exceeding operational and financial goals, and ensuring resident and team member satisfaction. The Executive Director promotes our core values daily: fostering teamwork, upholding integrity, embracing innovation, and leading with compassion. Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) licensure required Five years’ experience as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) required Three years’ CCRC senior leadership experience required Bachelor's degree required Three years’ experience as an Executive Director preferred Responsibilities and Expectations:

Meet or exceed occupancy and mix goals Oversee all community activities Act as a catalyst for quality improvement Establish and maintain high service standards for residents and staff Cultivate positive relationships and be accessible to residents and team members Perform daily rounds on residents and staff Oversee evaluations for department managers Coordinate with outside agencies and entities Participate in external events and develop local networks to promote the community Manage the annual budget and ensure fiscal health Collaborate on marketing strategies Procure supplies to meet compliance guidelines, including contracted staff Maintain strong relationships with Medical Director and external consultants Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
