Senior Contracts & Operations Manager - Contract Location: Minneapolis, MN, US Job Family: N/A Country/Region: United States The Interim Senior Contracts & Operations Manager for IU will be responsible for negotiating, managing, and ensuring compliance with Coloplast policies and procedures related to HCP and Vendor contracting and payment activities for the IU business, primarily within the Professional Education function. The role also supports contracting for other areas of the IU business globally. This position serves as the focal point for developing, executing, and managing IU’s contracts with HCPs, Patient Educators, and Vendors, ensuring compliance with policies and external regulations. It facilitates alignment between internal stakeholders involved with contract requests and those responsible for IU commitments under HCP and Vendor contracts. The role partners closely with Professional Education, Clinical, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and R&D to ensure compliant execution and payment according to all agreement terms. It is accountable for proactive management of day-to-day contracting operations and ensuring all processes and systems are efficient and compliant. The interim need is for 24-32 hours a week, with an anticipated assignment length of 2-3 months. The role may be 100% remote. Basic Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Business or equivalent. +10 years’ experience with contracts, project management, or legal departments. Experience in healthcare, med-tech, pharma, or the life sciences industry is strongly preferred. Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements. Strong understanding of corporate policies and procedures, with the ability to identify required improvements. Results-driven, decisive, confident in communication and influencing at all organizational levels. Solid business acumen and awareness of financial contractual implications. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and complete tasks efficiently and independently with high accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A team player with strong verbal reasoning skills to analyze, assess corporate risk, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders. Must conduct business ethically, complying with laws, regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics, and company policies.
