What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and maintain database/BI applications using SQL Server and BI stack - Create and optimize financial and operational reports and Power BI dashboards - Design and implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object Level Security (OLS) in Power BI - Conduct conversions from Cognos to Power BI Paginated Reports - Develop Data Models using Power BI, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and Databricks
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 8 years of data engineering experience - Proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle, and Databricks for data warehousing - Experience in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports - Strong understanding of ETL processes and reporting tools such as SSIS and SSRS - Familiarity with programming languages including Python, VB.Net, and C#
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Knowledge of the Human Resource domain or similar industries - Experience with Azure Data Factory and data pipeline design - Familiarity with application development using ASP.NET Web Forms and MVC
