ORC Consultation D04-Niche Offshore • Resource needs to perform these key activities among others - Develop Offer letters in ORC, Create new Journeys and build custom reports • Hands on experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Recruitment Cloud module • Analyze business requirements and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules to meet those needs. • Implement and maintain Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Talent Management modules. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM solutions. • Collaborate with HR and other business units to improve talent management processes. • Develop and deliver training for end-users on Oracle HCM functionalities. • Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure reliable performance. • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM updates and best practices. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field. • Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in Talent Management and ORC. • Strong understanding of HR processes and talent management strategies. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
