and understanding its business processes. Knowledgeable in SDLC and Agile methodology. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn quickly and work under minimal supervision. Attention to detail and facilitation skills. Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. Strong knowledge of JIRA Cloud. Experience with collaboration tools, e.g., MIRO.
