Role Overview AWS Compliance & Security Assurance is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Senior Product Manager with a balance of product management experience, strong interpersonal skills, and technical depth. In this role, you will help shape AWS's compliance landscape and how we deliver assurance externally. You will bridge the gap between our software development team and audit stakeholders, including AWS customers, leading technical products around security controls and workflow automation. Team Responsibilities The team is responsible for exceeding security and compliance expectations of regulators, auditors, and customers worldwide. We integrate security and compliance into AWS services and manage complex campaigns to meet external scrutiny. Our multidisciplinary team includes software engineers, security engineers, product managers, data engineers, and compliance specialists. This role offers an opportunity to impact cloud security and compliance significantly. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate across organizational boundaries Analyze data to support planning and prioritization Design, scope, build, and launch features with software teams Maintain and communicate product roadmap and vision to leadership Manage competing priorities to optimize team velocity Ideal Candidate Profile Proven product management skills, experience with customer needs, roadmap development, and launching enterprise features. Comfortable managing ambiguity, delivering services for builders, and communicating effectively with leadership. Qualifications Basic:

Experience with roadmap strategy and feature delivery Background in engineering discussions and technology decisions 5+ years of product delivery experience Bachelor's degree Preferred:
