Company Description ChargerGoGo provides a network of on-demand portable charging stations with digital signage. Users can pick up a portable battery from any station, which includes everything needed to recharge on the go. Once finished, they can drop off the battery at any nearby charging station. ChargerGoGo aims to ensure that you’re never without power, no matter where you are. Key Responsibilities • Define and execute the company’s business development strategy aligned with overall corporate goals. • Identify new revenue streams, market segments, and strategic partnership opportunities. • Set clear sales and growth targets for the business development team, ensuring accountability and consistent achievement. • Collaborate with executives on fundraising, M&A, and market-entry strategies when relevant. • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, channel partners, and distribution networks. • Negotiate complex deals, partnerships, and licensing agreements with C-level executives and decision makers. • Drive sales pipeline growth, from prospecting and lead qualification through deal closing. • Oversee strategic accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and upsell opportunities. Team Development & Management • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Managers. • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to anticipate changes and position the company strategically. • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies. • Develop and track KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting systems for executive leadership. Qualifications Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. • 7–10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, ideally in technology, consumer products, or SaaS/IoT industries. • Proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales quotas and revenue growth targets. • Experience negotiating and closing multi-million-dollar deals with enterprise and strategic partners. • Strong leadership and people-management skills with experience building and scaling high-performing teams. • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal). • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize performance. • Entrepreneurial spirit, with high adaptability, resilience, and results orientation. • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on execution levels. Preferred • Experience in startups, high-growth companies, or industries such as IoT, consumer tech, advertising/media, or gig economy. • Familiarity with fundraising, venture capital, or investment deal structures. • Established network in hospitality, entertainment, F&B, or venue partnerships is a strong plus.
