VB Spine At VB Spine, you’ll join a mission‑focused team supporting surgeons during life‑changing spinal procedures. We move fast, partner closely with clinicians, and innovate to improve patient outcomes. You’ll own compensation analytics and program design—benchmarking markets, tuning structures, and leading cycles—so we can attract and reward top med‑device talent globally. What You’ll Do Design and maintain base, variable, and equity compensation programs. Design, establish and maintain HRIS performance and compensation modules. Lead annual merit, bonus, and incentive cycles; ensure fiscal alignment and partnership with Finance and HR. Provide guidance and pay range recommendations to Recruiting and leaders. Ensure global practices comply with local laws; document governance and approvals. Support executive compensation administration and board‑ready reporting as needed. Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and pay‑equity analyses; refresh ranges and structures. Maintain/implement job leveling frameworks and global salary bands post‑acquisition. Build dashboards and models to monitor competitiveness, compression, and retention risk. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years in compensation or total rewards. Strong financial modeling and Excel; experience with survey vendors and comp tools. Experience with job architecture/leveling and global frameworks preferred. Compensation: Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like qualifications and performance taken into account.
