Overview Operation Dignity has been on the frontlines of addressing the homelessness crisis, particularly among veterans, for almost 30 years. Established in 1993, Operation Dignity (OD) is a nonprofit organization that operates emergency, transitional, and permanent housing programs in Alameda County.
