Warehouse Manager
to join our team at our client site, Aberdeen Proving Ground. CLP has built a reputation as an innovative, reliable, and responsive private Utility Development Leader. We support the federal government, military institutions, municipalities, and major utilities across the US with financing, design, engineering, construction, and ongoing operations and maintenance for electrical transmission and distribution systems, as well as outdoor street, sport, and other recreational lighting. Warehouse Manager
will manage day-to-day operations, perform daily inventory accuracy, and adhere to company and department policies and procedures. They will direct the flow of materials for optimal productivity while maintaining quality, inventory accuracy, and safety. Duties And Responsibilities
Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by implementing policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements. Safeguard warehouse operations by establishing security procedures. Control inventory levels through physical counts and data reconciliation. Maintain warehouse physical condition by planning layouts and inspecting equipment. Complete operational requirements with procurement scheduling. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results. Ensure safety policies and guidelines are followed. Manage inventory processes and issues. Report on the full inventory cycle. Oversee equipment maintenance and dielectric testing schedules. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper product placement. Coordinate with distribution to ensure proper product delivery. Prepare job packages for on-base work. Maintain a tool inventory for daily use. Manage PPE and rubber goods inventory. Skills And Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. 5-7 years of progressive warehouse operations experience. Forklift experience required. CDL required for equipment handling and delivery. Ability to work independently. Customer-oriented with professional demeanor. Knowledge of electrical utility work/equipment preferred. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be a US Citizen. Must obtain Military Base Access Security Clearance. Valid CDL-A required. Compensation And Benefits
