The ideal candidate will be within commuting distance of Kalamazoo, MI, or Redmond, WA. What you will do:

The Sr. Product Manager, downstream, is the brand expert supporting strategic direction and portfolio growth through education strategies, customer engagement campaigns, and marketing strategies. Support annual and long-range brand/indication strategies aligned with global goals to achieve growth, profit, and market share targets. Create and distribute scalable assets, tools, marketing campaigns, and best practices for localization and maximum impact. Identify education, brand experience, and customer engagement opportunities to enhance brand perception and value, collaborating with the Education Manager. Develop trust and strong relationships with local marketers, sales professionals, internal stakeholders, and key customers (KOLs). Collaborate with marketing teams to create annual marketing plans and portfolio roadmaps over 3-5 years. Work with country leadership to forecast demand and develop relationships with supply chain partners. Support regional product lifecycle management, including launches and phase-outs. Analyze business performance, brand perception, and other drivers of future performance. Partner with divisional resources for portfolio development through new products, line extensions, and M&A activities. Identify internal training needs and create relevant content and programs in partnership with the Education Manager and Brand Managers. Organize scalable customer engagement events such as facility tours, congresses, and educational programs. Support branding, messaging, positioning, and pricing strategies based on market and competitive insights. What you will need:

Required: Bachelor’s degree 6+ years of work experience Preferred: MBA 3+ years of medical device experience Additional experience in marketing or sales (3+ years) is preferred. Salary:

$100,500 - $215,300 plus bonus eligibility and benefits. Compensation depends on skills, experience, and other factors.
