Director of Adult Clinical Operations
to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The
Director of Adult Clinical Services
is responsible for leading and overseeing clinical areas and operations within Adult Services programming. This role aims to enhance the agency’s ability to fulfill its goals and adapt to the changing needs of internal and external customers, overseeing service delivery and productivity to ensure that individuals served receive clinically effective and cost-efficient services.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operations for Adult Clinical Services and staff, ensuring compliance with CCBHC standards, provider contracts, and MDHHS regulations.
Develop and implement programs, policies, and procedures to meet service standards and community needs.
Create and execute strategies for clinical program operations, including process improvements and service delivery models.
Drive staff performance through productivity and quality standards and monitor clinical outcomes and performance metrics.
Collaborate with leadership to develop operational plans and build partnerships internally and externally.
Analyze data related to clinical outcomes, financial impact, and satisfaction, and develop improvement plans.
Participate in grant and audit processes and ensure compliance with quality initiatives like MU, MIPS, CARF, and CCBHC standards.
Act as liaison with payors, community organizations, and stakeholders, representing CNS Healthcare publicly.
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and legal standards, including HIPAA and other regulations.
Support professional development and stay informed of industry trends and best practices.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Provide regular supervision to clinical staff.
Manage day-to-day clinical operations and staffing levels.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Lead performance management, including evaluations and development plans.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and manage staff schedules and attendance.
Qualifications:
Required:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Business Administration with a clinical/human services background.
State licensure (LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LLP, or LP).
Minimum 5 years leadership experience overseeing mental/behavioral health staff.
Minimum 5 years providing clinical services in a healthcare setting.
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and EHRs.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Preferred:
Experience at the Director level.
Experience with crisis and SUD service delivery models.
Possession of MCBAP SUD credentials (CADC, CAADC, CCS).
Experience in a CCBHC environment and managing clinical projects.
Knowledge of clinical billing processes.
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and programming.
Work Environment:
This role operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment, and may require in-person or virtual meetings.
