About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to join their mission of revolutionizing healthcare delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy that drives long-term revenue growth, provider adoption, and market leadership. This role involves leading the strategic planning, negotiation, and execution of large-scale partnerships with various healthcare stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape, particularly in the areas of provider networks, value-based care, and clinically integrated networks. They should be experienced in SaaS business development, with a strong track record of negotiating and closing enterprise-scale deals in the healthcare space.

Applicants for the VP of Business Development role at the company should be prepared to serve as key members of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and CEO. The role requires a leader who is a thought leader in chronic care management and proactive health interventions, and who can represent the company externally at key industry events. The candidate must be a strategic thinker with exceptional operational execution capabilities, and be comfortable with both setting a vision and driving toward quarterly KPIs. An ownership mindset, a bias for action, and a constant drive to improve are essential. The role demands a creative problem solver with a strong ability to influence C-suite executives and manage complex stakeholder relationships. A Bachelor's degree or advanced degree is preferred, and the ability to travel up to 50% is required.
