The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Hospitality Operations to oversee a large geographical area, with a focus on financial success, operational excellence, and the development of high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, promotion, and operation of multiple venues, ensuring a successful guest experience and maintaining positive client relations. This role requires a leader who can drive client retention and new business, and who is adept at building and leading cohesive teams in a growth-oriented industry. The SVP will be expected to hold GMs accountable to business measures, oversee deal construction, and maintain strong relationships with clients and venue owners.
Applicants for the Senior Vice President position at the company should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 15 years of experience in the managed facility, food, and hospitality industry, or related venue industry.
