About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Advancement Officer to work closely with the Dean of the College of Information Systems and Public Policy. The successful candidate will be tasked with establishing a strategic advancement vision for the college and will have oversight of various advancement functions, including major gifts, donor relations, annual giving, events, and alumni engagement. This role is pivotal in managing the unit's advisory board and will involve being a senior leader within the Division of University Advancement. The Chief Advancement Officer will also be responsible for managing a team of advancement staff, carrying a portfolio of top prospects, and executing strategies to secure significant gifts. Additionally, the role includes the important duty of identifying and communicating the college's fundraising needs and generating support for the Dean's priorities.
