About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President, Supply Chain for its Electronic Systems sector. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the integrated supply chain and procurement for a business segment that spans commercial and defense electronics markets. This pivotal role is responsible for a substantial material spend, leading a large supply chain team, and driving strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with regulations. A Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline is typically required, with a preference for an MBA or MS degree. The ideal candidate will have expertise in lean principles, and Black Belt certification, and be adept at driving digital transformation and sustainability initiatives.
