About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to lead and oversee its global supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant procurement, product planning, and timely delivery of goods. This critical leadership role requires a strong engineering background, extensive expertise in global supply chain and operations planning, and a proven track record in sourcing and procurement for government programs. Key responsibilities include aligning supplier relationships with business strategy, driving complex contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and managing logistics to meet import/export and customs requirements. The role also involves championing continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing quality and process improvement methodologies, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Applicants for the Vice President of Supply Chain position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or materials management, with a preference for an MBA or Master's in industrial engineering/operations research. A minimum of 20 years' experience in supply chain and operations planning, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role, is required.
