The Sari Isdaner Early Childhood Center, located at the Katz JCC in Cherry Hill, is an award-winning and leading provider of early childhood education in South Jersey for over 50 years. We are committed to building a strong community connecting parents, teachers, and children. We are seeking an Office Manager. This role is responsible for managing administrative support functions. The Office Manager plays a key role in supporting the administrative leadership team, upholding confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities: Answer phones, direct calls, or take messages Greet visitors at the door as needed Stay until 6 pm and serve as the point person for dismissal, assisting with dismissal procedures whenever possible Assist the administrative team with various tasks as needed Maintain logs for late drop-offs, early pickups, visitors Screen all visitors Follow proper security protocols and monitor activity on security monitors Assist with computer input, staffing gaps, and file maintenance for students and staff Create new student files and organize necessary paperwork Coordinate staff coverage for bathroom breaks Organize and put away supplies Maintain and update Tadpoles (student photo permissions management) Create name tags, badges, and maintain lists/spreadsheets Perform lamination and copying for staff Maintain cleanliness and organization of staff lounge, kitchen, front office, and vestibule Assist with ECC administrative tasks when applicable Keep records of birthdays and parent sign-ups Assist with logistics for special event programming Manage ongoing events Support the needs at the start of school and camp sessions Required Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Word, Excel, Teams, and Zoom EEO Statement: The Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey and its affiliated agencies are Equal Employment Opportunity employers.
