The Sari Isdaner Early Childhood Center, located at the Katz JCC in Cherry Hill, is an award winning and leading provider of early childhood education in South Jersey for over 50 years. We are committed to building a strong community connecting parents, teachers, and children.
We are seeking an Office Manager. This role is responsible for managing administrative support functions. The Office Manager plays a key role in supporting the administrative leadership team, upholding confidentiality and ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
Answers Phones directs Calls or takes messages
Answers door as needed
Must stay till 6pm and be the point person for dismissal and run dismissal as much as possible
Administrative tasks as needed – Assist whole admin team
Maintain logs forb late drop off – early – pick up, visitors
Screen all Visitors
Follow proper security protocols and observes and is aware of activity that is visible on the security monitors
Assists with computer input, staffing gaps, file maintenance of both students and staff
Create new student files, file necessary paperwork
Coordinate staff coverage for bathroom breaks
Put away supplies
Maintain Tadpoles & update when necessary (Tadpoles: Manage ongoing student photo permissions)
Create nametags badges, lists / spreadsheets
Lamination/ Copying for Staff
Maintain staff lounge, kitchen, front office and vestibule
ECC admin applies when applicable
Records of birthdays, parent sign ups
Assists with logistics of Special event programing
Manage ongoing Events
Assists with beginning of school and beginning of camp needs
Required Education & Experience:
High school graduate
Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom
