Key responsibilities include: Manage and service a personal lines book of business (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) Handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and billing inquiries Respond to client questions and requests in a timely, professional manner Quote new business and shop renewals as needed Maintain accurate and organized client files in the agency management system Educate clients on coverage options and provide guidance tailored to their needs Collaborate with Producers, Account Executives, and Carriers to ensure client satisfaction Stay current on carrier underwriting guidelines and industry trends Qualifications: Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required) Minimum of 2 years experience working in an agency setting Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, Applied Epic) Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude Bilingual (English/Portuguese) is a plus Experience working with multiple carriers and markets
