Personal Lines Account Manager - The Jonus Group. Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. In this role, you will manage a book of 400-500 clients, focusing on home, auto, and umbrella insurance policies. Responsibilities
Manage a book of personal lines accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella policies. Handle renewals, quoting, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities. Collaborate with a virtual assistant for backend support. Provide exceptional customer service to clients. Utilize AMS360 software for account management. Optionally engage in sales activities. Qualifications
Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role; candidates with captive experience are encouraged to apply. Technical Skills: Proficiency with AMS360 software and general comfort with technology. Soft Skills: Personable and customer-focused; Self-motivated with a go-getter mentality; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Compensation
