Participates in the development and delivery of human resources strategies and solutions for one or more regions. Acts as a trusted advisor to all levels of management on day-to-day HR matters. Implements location-specific and oversees regional programs to support HR operations. Job Responsibilities Partner with local leaders to develop workforce solutions aligning with regional goals. Lead the execution of HR initiatives across multiple locations or functions, regionally or globally. Collaborate with facility HR teams and HR Shared Services to resolve employee concerns, aiming for future prevention, in compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. Perform generalist duties advising leaders on strategic and tactical plans, including investigations, workforce reductions, terminations, grievance administration, and participating in contract negotiations. Deliver written communications and presentations on HR concepts to managers and employees. Develop and conduct training sessions and presentations. Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts for various employee groups. Support performance management processes, including calibration, merit planning, and incentive programs. Collaborate within HR to improve processes, procedures, or programs, delivering innovative solutions. Manage teams of employees, including recruitment, coaching, development, performance management, and budgeting. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Skills Requirements

Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, regulations, and compliance for the assigned regions. Strong skills in employee relations, analysis, problem-solving, and influencing at all levels. Excellent organization, time management, and project management skills to prioritize and oversee multiple projects. Effective communication skills for diverse groups. Experience in change management and organization development. Solid computer skills and understanding of HR systems interfaces. Fluent in English and the primary language of the location.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience Requirements

Minimum ten years of professional experience in human resources, supply chain, or manufacturing, including at least five years in leadership roles within a large, complex global organization.
