What Youll Do as a CSR Serve as the
first point of contact
for product complaints and customer inquiries through toll-free lines and other channels. Accurately
document complaint details
in the company database in compliance with FDA and ISO regulations. Ask the right questions to gather accurate product and event details while maintaining a
positive customer experience . Escalate urgent or critical issues promptly to the right teams. Deliver clear, courteous, and timely responses while protecting the
confidentiality
of patient, customer, and proprietary information. Stay logged in and available for calls during assigned shifts. Ensure all activities follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Act as a
new hire training partner , helping onboard and mentor colleagues. Support training coordination for new and existing associates. Handle interactions professionally to drive
customer satisfaction . Perform duties in alignment with all applicable regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO) and company values. ? What Were Looking For Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and document accurately. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work in a
