As the Senior Analyst for Rewards Program Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the short- and long-term strategies for PayPal’s global rewards program. Your primary responsibilities include managing the expansion of the program across PayPal’s global markets and overseeing the annual refresh process for existing markets. The PayPal Rewards team is a new and growing commercial function focused on driving customer loyalty and cross-product adoption by making PayPal the most rewarding way to pay. The team leads the program's value proposition, partner onboarding and engagement, GTM across global markets, and stewardship over the program’s P&L, supporting PayPal’s consumer growth strategy. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the business case process for expansion of the program to new markets and annual refreshes of the program in existing markets. Coordinate across a cross-functional roadmap for market expansion across the Consumer and Financial Services organizations, ensuring the program expansion is logically sequenced with other key initiatives. Serve as the business unit lead for projects with Accounting and FP&A, including stewardship over the global program P&L and annual planning and budgeting. Essential Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and global market expansion by identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, channels, and opportunities Lead the negotiation with external partners and engage cross-functional support colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of solutions for large complex partnerships Develop and execute an overall business strategy to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, channels, and opportunities to drive revenue growth and global market expansion Influence the negotiation with external partners, engaging cross-functional support colleagues, to ensure successful delivery of solutions for large complex partnerships Align product and business levers (such as pricing and FX) to maximize revenue and market expansion opportunities Engage closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams to drive the architectural runway and determine the best technical implementation/design Represent the end customer on an ongoing basis and use this knowledge to drive effective prioritization and decision-making Collaborate and influence product outcomes in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders such as Engineering, Operations, Risk, Legal, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and Banking Partners Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Compensation and Benefits
