Overview
Senior Analyst for Rewards Program Experience at PayPal. As the Senior Analyst for Rewards Program Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the short- and long-term strategies for PayPal’s global rewards program. Your primary responsibility will be to lead planning for PayPal’s loyalty program, covering customer service strategy, the operating model to launch PayPal+ across geographies, as well as defining a plan to refresh the consumer value proposition on an ongoing basis. The PayPal Rewards team is a new and growing commercial function focused on driving customer loyalty and cross-product adoption by making PayPal the most rewarding way to pay. The broader team is entrusted with the unified value proposition of the program; partner onboarding and engagement; the GTM approach across PayPal’s global markets; and stewardship over the program’s P&L. The team plays a critical role in PayPal’s consumer growth strategy.
Responsibilities
Design, refine, and oversee the customer service strategy to support the Global Loyalty Program’s consumer-centric objectives.
Build and sustain a governance and operating model for GTM alignment across diverse launches and initiatives.
Develop detailed workback plans for future program launches, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and dependencies are clearly defined and tracked.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Consumer Financial Services, Checkout, Crypto, P2P, Finance, Customer Insights, and Marketing to identify risks early and drive timely resolutions.
Communicate plans, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
Assist the Senior Manager in building out the refinement plan to continuously enhance the loyalty program.
Identify opportunities for innovation and ensure enhancements align with consumer needs and market trends.
Essential Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and global market expansion by identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, channels, and opportunities.
Lead the negotiation with external partners and engage cross-functional support colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of solutions for large complex partnerships.
Develop and execute an overall business strategy to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, channels, and opportunities to drive revenue growth and global market expansion.
Influence the negotiation with external partners, engaging cross-functional support colleagues, to ensure successful delivery of solutions for large complex partnerships.
Align product and business levers (such as pricing and FX) to maximize revenue and market expansion opportunities.
Engage closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams to drive the architectural runway and determine the best technical implementation/design.
Represent the end customer on an ongoing basis and use this knowledge to drive effective prioritization and decision-making.
Collaborate and influence product outcomes in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders such as Engineering, Operations, Risk, Legal, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and Banking Partners.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $84,500 to $140,250.
