Senior Vice President, Management Consultancy role at

Climate Finance Advisors, Member of WSP , based in Atlanta, GA. Provide regional and multi-sector leadership to ensure Advisory Services deliverables meet design, safety, and functionality standards, while driving SME innovation, compliance with regulations, and strategic direction for large-scale programs. Responsibilities Provide proactive and strategic process and people leadership for the design, implementation, and administration of Advisory Services project and program involvement within the organization. Lead the most complex and largest-scale Advisory Services projects within the company, ensuring team members know what is required, managing budgets, monitoring events, tracking hours and expenses, ensuring profitability, and supervising subcontractors, external stakeholders, contract work, and employees. Foster a trusted advisor relationship with clients and deliver future-ready solutions. Lead pursuit and development of business and successful execution of infrastructure work within a geography, focusing on large projects in the area. Lead technical aspects of contract negotiation, presentations, and meetings. Drive long-term strategy, growth, and pipeline development for Advisory Services in the assigned area, focusing on infrastructure opportunities across transport, buildings, energy, water, environment, and power sectors. Ensure profitable performance of projects and successful completion within the specified area. Assist with annual updates to business tactical action plans for the area. Drive compliance with applicable federal, state, and local environment, design, construction, financial laws, codes, policies, and regulations. Oversee internal vision and mission for the discipline within Advisory Services, maintaining certifications, accreditations, reputation, and client value ratings. Lead discipline meetings and continuing education for area of responsibility, fostering innovation, development, and quality project delivery. Represent Advisory Services to external entities including federal, state, and local agencies, clients, subcontractors, industry groups, and government/community entities. Provide senior leadership for proposals, project scopes, pricing, budgets, and performance metrics for the Advisory Services discipline. Interpret and summarize data for complex projects and initiatives to inform sound business practice and regulatory conclusions. Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary project teams and deliver high-level strategic advice to clients. Mentor and guide assigned managers and staff. Develop high-level business contacts and client base to identify business development opportunities, marketing, proposals, and cross-selling of WSP capabilities. Stay current with latest management consulting and advisory services techniques and practices. Uphold ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct; adhere to WSPs Code of Conduct and related policies. Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Data Sciences, Business, Economics, Finance, Urban or Transportation Planning, Environmental Studies, Liberal Arts, Public Policy, Operations Research, or closely related discipline. 15+ years of relevant post-education experience in discipline and in a management consulting or client advisory capacity. Advanced proficiency with infrastructure planning, design, financial analysis of large-scale capital projects, and construction management, including involvement in design/build, rehabilitation, and new design projects. Advanced knowledge of relevant laws, codes, regulations, compliance practices, record-keeping requirements, and the business impact upon the organization. Proven ability to establish, implement, and manage multiple large-scale discipline-related programs, documents, projects, and practices for one or more lines of business. Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage staff and interact effectively with employees at all levels. Strategic lateral thinking and strong analytical skills with attention to detail and prioritization under pressure. Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, clients, and staff across levels of the organization. Strong adaptability to change and flexibility in schedules to meet business needs. Advanced knowledge and proficiency with office automation, discipline-specific design software, technology, math principles, data science, spreadsheets, and related tools. Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and adherence to health, safety and harassment policies. Occasional travel may be required depending on project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters Degree is preferred.
