Overview
Texas HR Team is conducting a search for a General Manager to lead a fast-growing youth fitness and development center. This role is ideal for someone who is competitive in sales, experienced in leadership, and energized by creating a positive impact on kids and families while driving strong business results. What Youll Do
Oversee all daily center operations, ensuring culture, safety, and an exceptional experience for families and team members. Drive membership growth through outbound calls (50+ calls/day typical), trial conversions, and community engagement. Manage financial performance, including P&L oversight, KPIs, and profitability. Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing coaching team. Build meaningful relationships with families and serve as the welcoming face of the center. Support and occasionally coach classes, bringing energy and passion to each session. Qualifications
24 years of sales experience
(must LOVE sales!), with proven success hitting and exceeding goals. Previous management or leadership experience strongly preferred. Passion for working with children is non-negotiable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident speaking with parents and team members. Comfortable working in a physically active environment (moving equipment, assisting kids with safe technique, on your feet much of the day). Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace; prior experience with GloFox, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, or Gusto a plus. CPR certified (or willingness to obtain). Prior pediatric OT/PT or fitness/wellness background is a bonus. Why This Role?
