Position Title:
Supervisor
at The Warfield Theatre Company: Levy Restaurants Pay Range: $28.00 Levy Restaurants is a member of Compass Group USA. Job Summary
Summary: Supervisors are responsible for directing and responding to guest questions and needs. The Supervisor is responsible for the team members on the floor before, during and after service. The supervisor should understand the menus and ensure positive guest experiences. Strict following of food and safety guidelines are required for all bar locations and stand locations. The supervisor oversees the breakdown of the event once it is concluded. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manages the operations of multiple bar locations and concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours. Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs. Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing. Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment. Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines. Stands for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations. Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day. Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds. Performs other duties as assigned.
