Summary The Supervisor is responsible for directing and responding to guest questions and needs, overseeing the team on the floor before, during, and after service, and ensuring positive guest experiences. The supervisor should understand the menus and strictly follow food safety guidelines for all bar and stand locations. The supervisor oversees the breakdown of the event once concluded. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manages the operations of multiple bar locations and concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment during operating hours. Greets, directs, and responds to guests’ questions and needs. Understands menu offerings, presentation, and pricing. Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment. Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines. Stands for long periods and actively engages with guests. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. Responds with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations. Demonstrates physical stamina and agility to be mobile for long periods. Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
