Lead the practice: Set direction and oversee the solutioning, delivery, and growth of AI-forward technology solutions. Architect and deliver: Design and implement scalable software and platform solutions, with AI integrated at the core. Be the expert: Bring deep experience in building or deploying AI-driven solutions—from initial assessment through production delivery. Grow talent: Mentor technical consultants, build community, and raise the bar on engineering excellence. Influence and partner: Engage across product, design, data, and engineering to deliver modern, business-aligned tech stacks. Advise and inspire: Serve as a strategic partner to clients, navigating complexity with clarity and building trust through delivery. What You Bring
Consulting Leadership: Proven success leading client engagements across industries, with the ability to influence, deliver, and grow trusted partnerships. Solution Expertise: Hands-on experience solutioning, selling, and delivering custom technology solutions, with a clear point of view on modernization, buy vs. build, and managing technical debt. AI Acumen: Practical expertise in assessing, architecting, or implementing custom AI solutions—grounded in impact, not just experimentation. Enterprise Fluency: Adept at navigating complex orgs and stakeholder dynamics with a consultative, trusted-advisor approach. Cross-Functional Partnership: Skilled at collaborating across product, design, data, and engineering to architect integrated, modern tech stacks. Team & Practice Building: Committed to mentoring, raising technical bar, and cultivating a thriving, high-performance consulting community. Delivery Excellence: Brings operational rigor—ensuring scalable, high-quality delivery through agile practices and modern engineering principles.
