New Mandate, May 2025: Impact Investment Operations Lead, Bay Area, CA We are looking for an outstanding person with excellent technical skills, who wants to leverage their commercial investment operations experience and be part of something truly positive and impactful. You will be a key part of a growing firm with a single source of committed, institutional scale capital, dedicated to improving the lives of everyone, and particularly those in most need. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and manage all operations related to team workflow, investment portfolio and field building work to support investing across geographies, asset classes, structures and stages, looking to catalyse systemic positive change. We are looking for a highly energetic and organized person, with strong communication and collaboration skills, and also an interest in contributing to strategic discussions, and to help shape the cadence, culture and success of the business. Lead and coordinate operations for the investment portfolio and team workflow across geographies, asset classes, structures and stages to support impact investing. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; contribute to strategic discussions and help shape cadence, culture and success of the business. Leverage commercial investment operations experience to support the firm’s mission and impact. Qualifications
Existing practical experience of investment portfolio operations or as a fund administrator in private equity, venture capital, impact investing, or related fields. A Masters or MBA in a related field is not essential, though may be beneficial. A passionate alignment of personal values with the positive purpose and mission of the firm. A desire to be part of an elite, compact team in a flat structure with big backing and purposeful ambitions. Honesty and integrity. A highly organized and strong work ethic, with attention to detail, a flexible and creative problem-solving attitude, and an interest in learning and developing. Open to a range of relevant backgrounds, including commercial investment portfolio operations, foundations, endowments, DFIs, or family offices with directly analogous experience. Details
