What You Will Be Doing
Leading persuasive presentations that transform skeptics into advocates
Developing and mobilizing networks of influential parent champions
Designing scalable systems to convert individual wins into advocacy opportunities
Creating feedback systems to capture parent sentiment early and turn issues into advocacy moments
Handling media interactions and shaping public narratives about our revolutionary approach
Identifying and leveraging strategic opportunities to showcase our impact
What You Won’t Be Doing
Managing traditional parent-teacher associations or school committees
Planning events without strategic advocacy goals
Compromising our educational model to appease parents
Reactively addressing concerns instead of proactively shaping the narrative
Vice President Of Client Success – Key Responsibilities Utilize systematic approaches to transform our parent community into a powerful advocacy engine, scaling parent champions across campuses while maintaining our unwavering commitment to educational excellence.
Basic Requirements
Residence in or relocation to Austin, TX
7+ years experience converting skeptics into advocates, such as in roles like Head of Customer Advocacy or VP of Enterprise Sales
Outstanding executive presence with the ability to command sophisticated audiences
Experience in high-stakes communications, including media appearances and crisis management
Success in building and scaling advocacy communities from scratch
Proven ability to maintain policies with powerful stakeholders while enhancing relationships
Firm belief in standing by innovative educational methods

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
