Executive Assistant to CEO, Emerald Bay Risk Solutions
EBRS is seeking a highly qualified Executive Assistant who will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other executive leaders. This is a compelling opportunity to support the most senior leaders within EBRS, offering broad exposure to strategic initiatives and operations across the business. In this role, the Executive Assistant will provide advanced administrative support, including correspondence and diary management, travel coordination, and general office duties for the CEO. While managing the CEO’s schedule, effectively anticipating and prioritizing daily needs, the Executive Assistant will also coordinate internal and external events as well as assist with other executives’ requests. This role requires discretion, independent judgment, and initiative. It would suit an enthusiastic and confident collaborator, who thrives in a challenging environment and can operate with minimal direction. The candidate will have strong communication and time management skills and have previous administration and Executive Assistant experience supporting an executive. Duties & Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to senior executives Provide diary management for the Chief Executive Officer and other C-suite executives including arranging meetings across multiple time zones Coordinate travel arrangements including organizing accommodation, air/ground transportation, meetings, expenses, and planning, as needed Monitoring CEO’s email correspondence, fielding inquiries and requests, and escalating urgent matters, as needed Producing correspondence, memos, presentations, and reports both of a general and confidential nature on behalf of the executive team Provide other administrative support required to support the teams’ priorities and activities Act as a liaison between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships across all levels Manage and execute special projects that support executive and organizational priorities on an as needed basis Coordinates executive meetings and events internally and externally Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
5+ years of experience in executive-level administrative support Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks with rigorous attention to detail Ability to work independently, take initiative to identify issues and implement effective solutions Experience coordinating events, collaborating with internal teams and external partners Advanced proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite, along with hands-on experience using travel and expense management tools Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills This is a hybrid role. Although in-office work will be limited, the selected candidate must live within a commutable distance to Boston, MA, if needed. The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in the company’s annual bonus incentive plan in addition to the base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the company’s discretion, terms, and conditions of the applicable incentive plan. Seniority level
