Overview
Our client is a nationally recognized environmental engineering firm focused on the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities. Responsibilities
Perform detailed electrical design for treatment facilities, including power distribution and motor controls
Develop contract documents, including technical drawings, specifications, and equipment schedules
Conduct electrical calculations such as load analysis, fault current, and voltage drop
Support field investigations, construction coordination, and startup activities under senior guidance
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and active PE license in Florida
6–12 years of experience designing power and control systems for industrial or municipal projects
Familiar with SKM, ETAP, or similar tools for electrical analysis and modeling
Solid understanding of NEC, NFPA 820, and IEEE standards relevant to water/wastewater systems
