We are looking for an
Aircraft Mechanic in MIA
to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers. Location: Miami, FL (MIA) Responsibilities
This role is ideal for a responsible, adaptable and decisive individual, who understands how to ensure the integrity of the aircraft through qualified inspections during overnights (RONs), transits, and pre-departure. In the event of mechanical failures, they must be capable of performing quick and accurate diagnostics to minimize aircraft downtime, avoid delays or cancellations, and reduce costs that impact both the passenger experience and the overall profitability of the operation. Educational requirements
Aircraft Maintenance Technician studies. Valid FAA license. Conversational Spanish (preferred). Experience
At least 5+ years of experience in the preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy aircraft (more than 12,500 Kgs) including training and 2 years of experience on B737NG and B737MAX. Skills to succeed
Focused on results: Prioritize actions and decisions even under the stress of the operation. Proactive: Challenge oneself and the rest of the work team during the operation to achieve a timely and safe departure. Strategic and Analytical Mentality: Seek and analyze in an expeditious way the most effective solution to problems that arise at the last minute, always thinking about minimizing the impact on our customers and the business.
