About the Role
Our client is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Machine Learning passionate about leveraging large language models (LLMs) to power innovative solutions in healthcare. Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance business-critical workflows. Optimize and fine-tune LLMs for performance, scalability, and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to integrate AI capabilities into core products. Ensure high reliability and efficiency of AI systems in production environments. Stay ahead of advancements in AI/ML technologies, applying relevant innovations to improve our clients product suite. Research and develop new applications for voice AI and LLM-powered solutions. About You
5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML applications. Proven experience implementing and scaling LLM-powered workflows, using tools like Langfuse, TensorZero, or similar. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face). Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for AI innovation. Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in voice AI, including speech recognition, natural language understanding, and conversational AI. Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries.
