to oversee the daily operations of the accounting department and grantor trust. Reporting to the CFO/COO, this role manages a team of 2 accountants and 2 trust administrators while ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting across multiple entities, including nonprofit, for-profit, PAC, and trust organizations. Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Lead and mentor accounting and trust administration teams. Oversee month- and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis across 8 entities. Manage cash flow, treasury functions, payroll, and expense approvals. Serve as primary contact for external audits and tax filings. Ensure strong internal controls, policies, and compliance with GAAP. Act as subject matter expert for
MS Dynamics 365 BC
and support system/process improvements. Provide financial reports and insights for board meetings. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred). 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in management. Strong knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity accounting (nonprofit, for-profit, trusts, cooperatives). Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial reporting tools (Power BI, Jet Reports, Entrinsik). Experience with MS Dynamics 365 BC strongly preferred. Proven leadership skills and ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy. Additional information
