Controller

Financial Reporting & Close : Manage the entire financial close process and ensure the accurate, timely preparation of financial statements. Internal Controls & Policies : Develop and implement robust internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets. Tax Compliance : Oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including planning and preparing tax returns. Financial Analysis & Reporting : Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as ad-hoc reports for management and external stakeholders. Budgeting & Planning : Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with business objectives. Performance Monitoring : Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with departments like Operations, Sales, and HR, offering financial support and analysis to optimize overall business performance. Compliance & Improvement : Stay current with the latest accounting standards and regulations, and continuously identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function. Audit Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external auditors. What You'll Bring
Experience : At least
7 years of progressive accounting experience , including a minimum of
5 years in a leadership role . Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in managing all facets of a financial function. Expertise : In-depth knowledge of
GAAP
and other relevant accounting principles. Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Leadership : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Organization : Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Technical Proficiency : Proficient in
ERP systems
and other relevant accounting software. Education : A
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
