We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of data-driven digital engagement strategies. This individual will oversee marketing automation, campaign optimization, and customer journey personalization across multiple digital channels, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Meta social media platforms. This position will play a critical role in analyzing performance metrics, extracting actionable insights, and using data to drive measurable results. Responsibilities

Responsible for building and executing wholistic digital media strategy Experience utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build campaigns to engage with potential customers Collaboration: Work closely with marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative content email ideas Campaign Planning: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to promote brand Content Writing: Work with Senior Content Marketing Manager to Craft compelling email content that drives opens, clicks, and conversions. Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign results to identify areas for improvement and measure Schedule A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, email content, and send times to optimize campaign performance Work with agency partners to create and run paid media campaigns Ability to update website content using WordPress Work with contractors and or agencies to develop landing pages and make more significant website changes Analyze website traffic data and dashboards to evaluate performance and recommend updates Develop and execute SEO strategies that align with marketing goals, including conducting keyword research to implement SEO best practices to optimize website content and YouTube videos for improved search engine rankings and organic traffic growth Stay up to date with all main competitor’s presence Experience utilizing social media to attract potential patients and Health Care Professionals Qualifications

7+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years working within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Knowledge of WordPress, creating new content Experience creating and executing a social media strategy and calendar for Meta Proficiency utilizing marketing data platforms for campaign measurement and reporting Strong knowledge of engaging with potential customers at different stages of the journey Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for turning data into insights Excellent communication skills with the capacity to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations Previous experience in a healthcare preferred Start-up or growth company experience a plus Seniority level
