As our
Reservations Manager , you will lead a dedicated team responsible for managing all aspects of guest reservations. Your expertise will ensure seamless booking processes, maximize occupancy and revenue, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the reservations department
Manage and train reservation agents to deliver outstanding service
Monitor and optimize room inventory
Collaborate with sales, marketing and revenue teams to drive bookings
Handle complex guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel reservations management or a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency with hotel reservation systems and property management software (Opera Cloud would be a plus)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

Newly renovated, the hotel has 327 chicly styled and luxuriously appointed guest rooms, with 12 bespoke penthouse suites on the 9th floor. Home to Pembroke Restaurant and Doyle Bar, the property also offers almost 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
