Group Sales Manager – The Doyle Collection
Join us as a Group Sales Manager in Dupont Circle. We’re looking for an energetic, experienced Sales Manager (minimum 2 years, preferably in luxury property) to proactively secure new accounts, manage proposals, negotiate rates, conduct familiarization trips and site inspections, and consistently exceed monthly sales goals.
Responsibilities
Proactively seek and secure new accounts.
Prepare proposals, manage contracts, and conduct rate negotiations.
Perform familiarization trips and hotel site inspections.
Prioritize and achieve sales targets and monthly goals.
Maintain accurate sales records using Opera, Microsoft Office and other tools.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in luxury hospitality.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Opera (PMS/Sales & Catering), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Capacity to meet responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
Customer‑service orientation with strong attention to detail.
