Senior Security Engineer
to take a leadership role in safeguarding our enterprise IT operations and infrastructure. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where youll partner directly with the CISO and cross-functional teams to strengthen security posture, protect critical assets, and enable the business to operate securely at scale. Responsibilities
Implement layered security defenses for servers, workstations, cloud, and remote access technologies. Design and maintain secure architectures for on-premise, hybrid, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Lead incident response for high-severity events, from detection to remediation. Oversee vulnerability management, risk assessments, and compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST). Provide expert guidance on encryption, segmentation, IAM, PAM, and Zero Trust architectures. Bachelors in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masters a plus). 7+ years
in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure, with
3+ years
in senior security engineering or architecture. Certifications such as
CISSP, GIAC, Microsoft SC-100
(preferred: CEH, CISM, AWS/Azure Security Specialty, OSCP). Proven expertise with SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability scanners, firewall/IDS/IPS, and cloud security tools. Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Lead enterprise-scale security initiatives and shape strategic security direction.
