Principal Recruiter , leading the full recruitment lifecycle for senior, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles. You will be a strategic partner to leadership, driving sourcing strategies and providing expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices to build high-impact teams. What You’ll Do
Lead complex recruiting mandates for senior and specialized positions from requisition through offer acceptance. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and executives to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage top-tier passive and active candidates. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future hiring needs. Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability, and competitive compensation strategies. Implement recruitment best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process. What We’re Looking For
Extensive recruiting experience (typically 7+ years) with a proven track record of filling senior and specialized roles. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence and partner at the executive level. Deep expertise in sourcing and candidate engagement across technical and business disciplines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage complex requisitions and multiple priorities effectively. Competitive salary and meaningful equity participation.
