Base pay range $220,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr
Job Description:
Take the lead in shaping and executing the recruitment strategy for a fast-growing stealth startup as a Lead Recruiter. You will work closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to define talent needs, design sourcing campaigns, and build strong pipelines of high-quality candidates across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of roles, managing the process from requisition to offer acceptance.
Collaborate with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive talent acquisition strategies.
Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, top-tier talent.
Mentor and support recruiting team members to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.
Manage multiple hiring projects and candidate pipelines simultaneously with excellent communication and follow-through.
Partner with marketing and employer brand teams to drive targeted talent attraction initiatives.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts throughout the hiring process.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in recruitment, with demonstrated leadership in building talent acquisition strategies in high-growth environments.
Hands-on experience recruiting across multiple functions, preferably including technical and business roles.
Strong expertise with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and applicant engagement strategies.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Passion for coaching and developing recruiting talent.
