The Role We are looking for a dynamic and technically-astute Solutions Engineer to join our growing Go-to-Market team. As the first Solutions Engineer at AiPrise, you will be the primary technical voice in the sales process, bridging the gap between our powerful Verification platform and the specific business challenges of our prospective customers. You will work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to inspire companies with the art of the possible, designing and demonstrating solutions that solve their most pressing problems.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives as the technical lead in all pre-sales activities, from initial discovery to deal closure.

Lead technical discovery sessions to understand a prospect's business objectives, technical infrastructure, and pain points.

Design, build, and deliver compelling product demonstrations and customized proof-of-concept (PoC) projects that showcase the value of the AiPrise platform.

Respond to technical questions and objections in RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFPs (Requests for Proposal).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions/Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Professional Services, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

Solid understanding of APIs (REST, gRPC) and experience with API integration tools like Postman.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

A problem-solving mindset and a natural curiosity for technology.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
