Draft and respond to discovery requests Prepare and respond to motions, legal memoranda, and briefs Conduct and defend depositions Make court appearances for hearings and motions Engage with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses Perform legal research and analysis Review and interpret medical records and expert reports Prepare detailed case analyses and client communications Attend trials and serve as second-chair Requirements
5–7 years of experience in civil litigation Licensed to practice law in Missouri Admission to the Illinois Bar preferred but not required Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Certifications
