As we scale our presence across the US, we are looking for a senior leader to shape our US operations and drive the next phase of our growth journey.
The Opportunity As
Managing Director, US , you will play a pivotal role in leading our US business and team. This position requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in digital media, marketing strategy, and team development. Reporting to the
Global President , you will work closely with leadership to align operations with our global strategy, drive performance, and scale our presence across the market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all US operations in alignment with The Goat Agency’s global goals and standards
Oversee department heads across Account Management, Campaign Delivery, and Strategy
Drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability, expanding market share across North America
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Identify new business opportunities and support pitch strategy and execution
Ensure creative excellence and high-impact influencer campaigns across all verticals
Foster a culture of performance, inclusion, and collaboration
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to keep Goat at the cutting edge
What We’re Looking For
10+ years in senior leadership roles in influencer marketing, digital media, or integrated marketing
A proven record of scaling teams, growing revenue, and managing P&L
Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset
Experience with global clients and integrated campaigns
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Deep understanding of the US media and digital marketing landscape
