Annual Bonus Media Director Our client is seeking a Media Director to lead paid search and demand generation efforts across a portfolio of brands undergoing integration under a unified umbrella. This role will partner with banner managers and senior leadership to centralize media planning, optimize global paid media investments, and drive measurable growth in new client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in complex, matrixed environments, skilled at balancing large-scale transitions with innovative, data-driven media strategies. Hybrid model in New York City, New York. Media Director Responsibilities

Develop and implement a unified media strategy across multiple banners in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Oversee the transition from multiple incumbent agencies to a single global media partner, ensuring seamless continuity. Direct paid search and demand generation campaigns to expand reach and drive new client acquisition. Collaborate with digital, data, and technology teams to modernize media platforms and measurement tools. Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and optimization frameworks to maximize ROI. Manage a centralized media budget exceeding $50M with accountability for efficiency and results. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in marketing, finance, and procurement to align investments with enterprise goals. Lead and coach a small global media team while fostering adoption of advanced, data-driven marketing practices. Media Director Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required. At least 7 years of progressive experience in digital advertising and media, preferably within a global brand or agency. Demonstrated success managing large-scale media transitions and agency consolidations. Expertise in paid search, media planning, analytics, and marketing technology platforms. Proven ability to deliver demand generation results in high-involvement, consumer-facing industries. Strong track record of operating in complex, matrixed organizations and resource-constrained settings. Experience building pilots, test-and-learn programs, and business cases that unlock long-term investment. Skilled in managing multimillion-dollar media budgets and negotiating contracts with agency partners. Salary:
