This is a senior leadership role, accountable for delivering operational excellence, strategic direction, and sustained account growth. You will serve as the key executive interface with the client, leading large-scale teams, enhancing service delivery, and identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion. Base pay range
$275,000.00/yr - $325,000.00/yr Compensation: $275000 - $325000 USD per year Final offer based on experience, location, and internal alignment. Strategic Client Leadership
Develop and implement a compelling long-term account vision that aligns with client goals. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, proactively seeking feedback to continuously elevate service quality. Deliver high-level results that position the account for future growth and no-bid renewals. Lead, mentor, and retain top-tier talent across the account. Build high-performing, diverse teams with clear development pathways for emerging leaders. Promote a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture. Present and execute a comprehensive annual account strategy, outlining KPIs, service improvements, and expansion plans. Manage account financials, budgets, and risk — ensuring revenue and profitability targets are exceeded. Identify and deliver opportunities for additional value-added services and commercial growth.
What you’ll bring
Executive-level presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and internal leadership. Proven strategic and commercial mindset—able to turn client needs into business opportunities. Strong financial acumen with experience owning P&L and growing multimillion-dollar contracts. Track record of leading large, matrixed teams within outsourced facilities or workplace environments. Deep knowledge of industry trends, client behaviors, and data-driven decision-making. Comfortable leading transformational change and building scalable service models. Requirements
10+ years of leadership experience in Facilities Management or Commercial Real Estate. Strong background in developing and managing Integrated Facility Management solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Proven experience overseeing large-scale teams (100+ employees) in a client-focused environment. Budget ownership and financial accountability experience required. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate education preferred. Final package based on qualifications, location, and internal equity.
